  1. Negative, this is a Dell XPS 12 9380 tiny little laptop. The customer purchased on their own. I dont like the little dells, super high resolution on a tiny screen that they have to set the scale to 300% to see. Kinda defeats the purpose if you ask me.. oh well. I will try to get my hands on it monday try to reboot in safe mode or reduce some crap running on it using msconfig just to see. Thanks!
  2. Hi Porthos - unfortunately I am remoting into this laptop for support. Upgraded bios and latest intel driver: Intel-UHD-Graphics-Driver_T5W5P_WIN_26.20.100.7262_A05 No love. This is with 4.1.0.56
  3. No cannot see any MB GUI nor for the MB Support tool. all white windows. I also tried running the bat file to change acceleration. Updating bios and graphics drivers now from Dell. We will see.
  4. Any word on this? Ran into same problem with a Dell XPS 12 9380 with Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 display adapter
  5. exile360. I appreciate your time and expertise on this. i will see what I can see in the log to possible get the job done. Thanks!
  6. In this case the Windows Security Center/Action Center does show Malwarebytes realtime protection is active. But like you said it does not let me know the other modules are disabled. It would be cool if the other modules would notify the Windows Security Center that it wasn't working, that would certainly solve my problem. I have just checked the logs and do not see any services that shutdown unexpectedly. I think the key here is Windows Security Center should be notified if these modules are not working properly. What do you all think?
  7. I am prepared to write an agent or something to watch for processes that might stop running so it can alert me it needs attention.
  8. Does anyone know how we could detect whether or not Malwarebytes is running with Full Protection? I have a system that will all of the sudden have Real-Time Protection turned off. I know the usual fix is to make sure the system is clean, and windows updates are up to date, then reinstall. But what services or tell-tales are there so I can detect via the OS that any of the protections are off?
