  1. Hi, I just downloaded mbam today and ran a full scan on my computer. The scan found 2 Trojan Agents, which I wanted to remove quickly. However, when I clicked "Remove" button, an error message popped up. The error message indicated that it was an error code 7--having to do with run time and it also said "out of memory." I don't know what this means. I restarted my computer thinking that would fix the problem, and then ran the full scan again, but I got the same error message. I ran the scan in both normal and safe mode and the error message persists. I've also run the full and quick scan, and the same Trojans are found. I've tried following the instructions so that I can post the DDS.txt, Attach.txt, and ark.txt files but when I try to run GMER, it freezes on me. What can I do so that I can get rid of the error message and remove these Trojans from my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  2. Hi noknojon, I ran both a quick and a full scan, and both scans found the 2 infected files. I've updated Malwarebytes and have run C Cleaner. On running a quick scan after that, it found the same infected files and gave me the same error message when I tried to remove them. Any other suggestions? I'm going through the steps to clean my system that seekit suggested.
