Hi all, I am servicing a computer for a friend who has loads of spyware. I have run malwarebytes on his Vista machine in normal and safe mode and the computer always freezes up on this file. c:\windows\winssxs\x86_microsoft_windows_naturallanguage6_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16386_none _9ba4123e2dd0c459\ I have tried cutting the file to paste it to another partition but it says I dont have permission. I activated administrator acount but still no permission. I have run spybot wich found over 200 infected files, but malewarebytes finds alot aswell before it freezes. I don't now anything about this file it is freezing on. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Matt. p.s. is there a way of excluding a file fome the scan???
