  1. Sorry for the slow reply. No, I'm not using the program you mentioned. Thanks for your reply.
  2. I was running my weekly scans and I could not update MalwareBytes. There were two errors. They read: Malwarebyte's AntiMalware An error has occurred. Please report this error to our Support Team. PROGRAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE Parameters incorrect. (87, 87, Create SDK) The second error said: Malwarebyte's Antimalware: mbam.exe Application The instruction at "0x10003d70" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program. I see this kind of thing occasionally and want to know how to handle it. Is there some malware doing this? I have the contents of an old computer that was put into this desktop, and I have found in some old drives with new maintenance stuff that there were things from the past that were messing me up. Any suggestions about either would be very much appreciated. I have also included two attachments, both of the two prtscrs I saved. Essentially they said what I wrote above. Hoping for some good answers. c-11-adm-malwarebytes.update.error-10.19.2011.doc c-11-adm-malwarebytes-10.19.2011-error-update.doc
  3. Error occurred while tyring to replace existing file: Delete File failed; Code 5. Access is denied. I run XP and have successfully updated before. However, I have installed Zone Alarm after. Nothing shows in Zone Alarm though. I'm using the Administrator account to do this. Looked through the stuff on this forum, but did not see the "Code 5" now. What do I do? c_malwarebytew.wont.upload_error_1.31.2010.doc
