  1. Hi, very nice guide, as the first reply stated I would rename it to something more specific and standing out, also i would ask a moderator or admin to move it to this forum http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showforum=52 where guides and pc help articles are placed. Thanks and keep up the work on the German guides we need more mutli-lingual guides!
  2. If none of the above worked, I would download a fresh version of Firefox, if that doesn't work, try checking your manufacturer's website for driver updates. I had a similar problem and updating my driver fixed it. Regards, PCsetup
  3. Hi, As far as your question goes, by physically connecting their is a slim chance you can get one, but once the person starts using your computer thorugh the rmeote assistance feature in Windows Messenger, they can seriously harm your computer. I would advise ONLY letting trained professionals or people you know very well in real life to connect to your computer. If you decide to have someone remote assist your computer, don't walk away from it. Keep a close eye on what they are doing and if they start clicking on what you did not want immediately disconnect them and scan your computer with Malwarebytes Quick Scan, hope this helped. Regards, PCsetup
