So far it doesn't seem to have any more viruses. I've ran more scans but nothing seemed to pick up. I suppose changing the passwords on most of my social media platforms will suffice?

Okay so let's get straight to the point. I somehow downloaded this virus. I woke up today to emails from Google saying "Critical security Alert". After changing the passwords of multiple apps and especially discord since it got affected, I went to check on my PC since google said malware could be there and I ran a scan with Windows Security, and guess what I found? Grenam.VA!MSR. There were like 30-40 copies and some of the files affected are "AsusWizMonitor, ASUSSmartDisplayControl, AsusSetup" and they're all exe files. I would appreciate any immediate help as im honestly lost.
