It does this to me when downloading from Steam alone and some
games, for example Fortnite, and my friend's processor goes to 60% when downloading from Steam, and the game doesn't load. I wrote about the components in the previous post.I am using Translator me english is very bad sory

I probably still have a virus because, for example, when I download any game from Steam to my PC or when playing more demanding games, my processor goes to 100% and my PC gets stuck. 100% my processor is i5 9600k and my friend's i5 9400, we both have 16GB of RAM and my friend's graphics are weaker than mine, he has a GTX 1050TI 4GB and I have a GTX 1080TI 11GB, my friend's processor goes to 60% when downloading any game from Steam and mine goes to 95 -100% the entire download time

I scanned the entire PC with a quick and a full scan and what I found after the full scan I deleted and restarted the PC, but I still have a virus in my PC, please help me if you know.
