The PC is stuttering at 100% a lot

I scanned the entire PC with a quick and a full scan and what I found after the full scan I deleted and restarted the PC, but I still have a virus in my PC, please help me if you know. Thank you very much in advance. Excuse me if I have some mistakes when writing, but I'm from Slovakia and I have to use a translator to write, thank you.
