[Trojan.Glupteba.srst and Trojan.Ranumbot keep reappearing]

Hi, I just found out that my PC might be infected with malware (I guess?). I've already downloaded antivirus and malwarebytes apps, but Trojan.Glupteba.srst and Trojan.Ranumbot keep reappearing even after being quarantined (after pc restarted).

What should I do? I'll patiently follow all of your instructions. Thank you in advance!
