Hello, I realized I didn't include that directly after the initial hacking took place, I uninstalled all gaming apps (Steam, Amazon, Epic Gog, Legacy, Microsoft and games from my computer) and associated games. I saw the portion quoted below and wanted to make sure that I included this incase it impacts anything. ----------------------------------------------------------- Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately, I was sent a link to a game from a friend who I usually send new games back and forth with. I had no idea that he had been hacked using the new "Mazenu" game and I was hacked too, had my bank account drained via discord purchases and my Malwarebytes has notified me of breaches on the dark web with my information. I stalled for a day while they demanded $450 to not sell my information and that bought me enough time to get things switched over to a new email and some accounts cancelled, passwords changed, bank frozen, and all my 2FA moved to apps instead of just texts. My computer has basically become a fancy paperweight at this point as both eset and malwarebytes have come back with negative scans for any malware. Every other person who has submitted on the forums for this topic seems to have had a pretty intensive time removing everything from this "game" so I don't trust the negative scans. So far I have 1. Tried to uninstall discord, though it still shows as an item I can click in my start menu that never opens 2. Found a download file for the "mazenu" that has been removed 3. Disabled fast start up 4. Displayed hidden files 5. Downloaded the Malwarebytes support tool 6. Ran the MBST Support Tool and FRSTEnglish 7. and gathered my logs which are attached below. At this point I am not sure how to proceed. Any help would be much appreciated. mbst-grab-results.zip
