  1. Hello there , I am experiencing a connection issue that prevents me from accessing any antivirus software. I downloaded Malwarebytes from another computer and scanned my PC , but the problem persists . I found a pervious topic on this forum and downloaded suggested app. I have attached the logs in the hopes of finding a solution to this issue and confirming that my PC is no longer infected. Thank you for your assistance
