A computer here at work is infected with some sort of spyware/virus. At regular intervals, maybe 15 or 20 minutes after bootup a window will pop saying something to the effect of NT System Service Shutdown and gives a countdown from 1 minutes, after which the computer restarts. A quick scan on Malwarebytes reveals no infections, I can't get through a full scan with AVG before it shuts down but it did show 1 infection (Trojan.fakealert.OP, or something close to that). I also can't get through the full GMER scan, the log from portion I could get through is attached.

It seems to be back to normal. The computer hasn't shut down at all in the past 18-24 hours or so. Does it look like the infection is gone? Log is attached.
