  1. The virus is there for a several months now maybe it missed up the drive, and thank you for trying
  2. It gives me that error and then tells me that a notebook will open with the log but nothing opens I waited like 10min
  3. It's telling me "There is not enough free memory to run this program. Exit one or more programs, and then try again." And there is no programs opened and there is 3g of ram available from 4, and that all I have

  5. When I open the explorer from the task manager everything goes back to normal, but I have to open it manually every time I open the computer, I'll run Dr web scan now and send you both results
  6. After doing the fix scan and restarting the computer, now it doesn't show anything after the welcome screen just a black screen and the mouse, but I can open things from the task manager, should I continue and do the Dr web scan or what should I do with this problem

  8. I also tried hitman pro and it runs and detected some files but it couldn't delete the symsrv.dill file

So AdwCleaner was giving me that black command prompt and then clothing at first then after a couple of times it gives me that 0xc0000005 error, and malwarebytes also opened once then giving me error 0xc0000005 and I can't open it, and I also forgot to mention that also folders don't open, so if I can't scan it because of that error what should I do
  10. I am using windows 7. I have a virus symsrv.dll in this file. I can't delete it with antivirus programs. This virus infected my all browsers and some applications. I can not run any browser. always notified me 0xc0000005 error code. someone help please.
