OK I SEE THERE HAS BEEN 5 VIEWS OF MY POST.. WHY CANT SOMEONE HELP?? WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCEEDURE AFTER SCANNING?? I WANT TO QUARRANTINE THE INFECTED FILES BUT THE TABS ON THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM WONT CLICK. WHY CAN'T SOMEONE HELP????

AFTER THE SCAN THE TABS AT THE TOP ARE UNCLICKABLE..I keep searching for help - I do not understand why I cannot click the tabs at the top of the software program to simply remove or quarrantine the 17 infected files that result from the scan.. what is the problem? why cant I get an answer? please help.

I RAN THE SCAN AND THE TABS AT THE TOP DO NOT WORK - I WANT TO REMOVE THE 17 INFECTED FILES, PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE AND IT'S AS USEFUL TO ME AS THE FREE VERSION AT THIS POINT IT'S NOT WORKING! I found the scan (the full scan) takes quite a bit of time and yes, it depends on what is all on your computer.. but can someone PLEASE tell me how to remove the infected files? After I run the scan, I believed I could just go to the top tabs and quarrantine all the checked files.. well the tabs at the top become unclickable.. it is now 20 mins to 1 am and I have been working to find the answer to this problem for about 3 hours now.. please please please can someone tell me how the hadies to get rid of these infected files? I am completely frustrated.. have written support requests (3 of them) posted a couple of times and cannot find any answers or help. The tabs become UNCLICKABLE after the scan is completed. -
After running the scanner ( I ended up doing so 3 times) but on the 3rd time it was after I fully registered.. figuring the reason I could not quarrantine anything was because I had not registered. So, I registered.. and ended up running this for the 3rd time.. a full complete scan taking upwards of 50 minutes. I have infected files 17 of them. WHY can I NOT use the tabs at the top to quarantine and or remove these files? the tabs at the top do nothing.. after the scan.. what is the problem? I paid the money through paypal to get this so I could finally have some relief with the slowups on the computer. please someone help! much appreciated. I am exhausted and completely frustrated at this point.
