  1. @MKDB You helped me very much. I really appreciate it. The issue is gone. I am updating and removing the software you listed above. I ran KpRm based on the steps above as well. I am not very computer literate. I am learning a lot from this process though. However, how do I remove this file I do not see it within the control panel.
  2. @MKDB You were right this ESET scan did take a while. Hopefully that doesn't mean I have a bunch of junk I don't need, I'm sure it does though 🤦‍♂️. Seems it found some stuff. I've attached the files from both scans. SecurityCheck.txt ESET1.txt
  3. By the way, the computer did have to restart at some point during the night. It appears it did install some Microsoft updates. I know you told me not to download anything, hopefully this did not mess that up.
  4. @MKDB Thank you for not giving up on me haha. I was able to attach all you asked for this time. I do not know much about this stuff but this HP Support Assistant has some odd system privileges it seems. 15.03.2024_11.43.31.zip Fixlog.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. Hello @MKDB, I really appreciate you taking the time to help me with this. I believe I have followed all your steps correctly and have attached the files. Fixlog.txt I do not know why, but this I cannot find. I am sorry if I messed up. AdwCleaner[C00].txt
  6. Malwarebytes Scan Report 2024-03-14 081357.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  7. The file will not delete, uninstall, or end task. I scan it with Sophos Home Premium it says its safe 😔
  8. I downloaded a file that I should not of. I have not done something this silly in a long time. I need some assistance as I do not know what to do. I found this place because it sound like this topic is my exact issue:
