  1. Hi, nice folks. A few days ago, MWB found and quarantined a Trojan -- specifically, C:\USERS\myname\APPDATA\ROAMING\WINHHC\CLIENT32.EXE. A few days later, I ran MWB again and it found another infection. Both logs are attached. I've already made sure hidden files are turned on and fast start is turned off, and ran the mb-support exe; that zip file is attached too. Now what? Thanks!!! 2024.02.27 MWB scan results.txt 2024.03.05 MWB scan results.txt mbst-grab-results.zip
  2. Hi, nice people. MWB found and quarantined a Trojan -- specifically, C:\USERS\myname\APPDATA\ROAMING\WINHHC\CLIENT32.EXE. (I'll attach the log.) Now I'm wondering whether/what I need to do next. Specifically, if this is a backdoor, and someone has had access to my computer (for over a week, it looks like!), do I now need to change ALL my passwords? (And is there anything else I need to do to my computer even though MWB seems to have removed it?) Thanks! 2024.02.27 MWB scan results.txt
