[Can MWB do a boot scan? USB scan?]

[Can MWB do a boot scan? USB scan?]

Could someone tell me definitively, in the latest version can I set MWB (premium and or free) to run at boot of W11 home? Performs a full scan and stops if no infection, allowing W11 and other appls to start normally? Show me results first? Only result from a search that is recent is  

It is a bit nebulous to me. Apparently, it's not normally done b/c MWB handles inspecting boot files, etc. routinely. If it does find malware will it quarantine automatically, allow the OS to load and alert me to then find any results?

Also, sorry for being so confused but I believe I cannot install on usb to boot & scan another system?
