The command delete it and all other .exe files I had in my downloads folder
I don’t know why my windows security still flags it.
I ran a full scan and the it quarantined it but at the same time it’s still there.
I don’t know if it’s a cache or something

There are no applications

It shows same thing but when I do a quick scan, I got a notification (side of the screen) That no new threats were found

How can I get rid of these. removing doesn't work.
Also should I delete all the scanners and files I previously downloaded
Are they reusable?

I have tried marewarebytes and it shows nothing. When I try to remove it with windows defender, it multiplies.
I was reading a thread and I'm currently using the microsoft safety scanner. Its still scanning but already flagged 1 file infected.
