The command delete it and all other .exe files I had in my downloads folder I don’t know why my windows security still flags it. I ran a full scan and the it quarantined it but at the same time it’s still there. I don’t know if it’s a cache or something

How can I get rid of these. removing doesn't work. Also should I delete all the scanners and files I previously downloaded Are they reusable? ShouLd I turn on "NO SHOW" and turn on "WINDOWS FAST START"?

Hi, thanks for your response, the MS safety scanner is still running. should I kill the process now and continue with your instructions?

I have tried marewarebytes and it shows nothing. When I try to remove it with windows defender, it multiplies. I was reading a thread and I'm currently using the microsoft safety scanner. Its still scanning but already flagged 1 file infected. I need help
