Hi I solved the problem. It was a fake svhost.exe file and managed to remove it now there is no detections whatsoever

My task manager also does not open anymore it closes right away after opening.

Hi I been scanning on Malwarebytes and every time I scan there's detections so I quarantine and remove so then I rescan detections keep coming back so how do I remove these completely? I restarted my computer as well and it keeps popping up with "Website blocked due to riskware/Trojan "
