Thank you for responding, however, I deleted the quarantined files a few hours ago. I thought that no one would see my topic so I took the risk. Heres the list of quarantined and now deleted files. Do you still want me to go through the process you put in? list(1).txt

I recently ran a scan of my pc to find I have there are items flagged as malware within. Before I deleted them, I saw the files have to do with AntiMalwareServiceExecutableService, SettingSysHost, WindowsDefenderService, Windows Defender and TASKS. Should I let Malwarebytes delete these files? Here is the full report. list.txt
