My 'Always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center' option was already turned off, so I skipped this part. I also don't seem to have any need to set up exclusions, as I haven't received any alerts from Windows Defender anymore. So, I guess I'm all good now?

Hi, As many others here it seems I have a problem with a possible malware infection. But every other posts I found on the subject didn't help much. Since this evening I have a recurring alert from Windows Security for a severe threat VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore And every attempt to quarantine or remove it fails. I also disabled the Malware application integration (I have a Premium plan) thinking it was the cause of the threat, but nothing changed. I attach to this post my FRST results if it can help.
