[Threatdown VIP Circle Redeeming Issue]

Hi Everyone,

Is the new Threatdown VIP Circle still being used? I'm having trouble redeeming e-gift cards. I keep getting the following error message "Unfortunately, your attempt to redeem your points has failed. Please try again at a later timing, and if the problem continues to occur contact our support".

I've already tried mailing to advocacy@malwarebytes.com but still haven't received an update regarding this. Looking forward to a reply.
