This threat was detected with Real-Time Protection when I was doing a captcha test on a cloudfare-protected website. a whois scan shows the ip is from the OVH Servers in Montreal, Canada. The verdict was blocked website, however, there is no domain or seemingly website - just an IP connection attempt.
I suspect it has something to do with cloudfare but i am a bit confused as to why, if it is, the file reads "system", instead of displaying a path to my browser's exe file like with other times websites have been blocked on my computer.
I'm not very smart on the technical side of computers so its all speculation on my end. Would appreciate any help to understand if this is something I should be genuinely concerned about or just a simple case of a blocked website or false positive with RTP.

I was trying to access dehashed.com as i suspected one of my accounts were compromised. The threat came up as soon as the cloudfare captcha appeared.
