Hi, I'll need to talk to the customer first, but I guess that you can obtain that data with the product simply by going to the aforementioned URL. Since couple of them have reported the same issue, I guess it is pretty straightforward for you to check by going to the URL. I'll let you know if and when I get the data.

I'm Security Officer at our company and our site, that is my.optimoroute.com, is pointing to the load balancer domain that is flagged by Malwarebytes as a malware. This is a false positive, and you're the only vendor that reports it and couple of our customers have started complaining. Can you remove the site from the blacklist?
