[Malware and Pup Protection in Premium 4.6.8]

Hello,

I disabled the fast startup as requested and before I downloaded the support tool I opened the Malwarebytes scanner to see that the Malware and PUP Protection tab was turned on.

All four tabs in the Real Time Protection box are now showing as active.

Do you still want me to download the support tool?

[Malware and Pup Protection in Premium 4.6.8]

The Trusted Advisor is showing that Malware and PUP Protection is turned off in Active Protetection.

When I activate it, it goes to Pending and stays there and the Malware protection tab just shows a blue spinning wheel.

I have restarted Malwarebytes and restarted the comuter but that makes no difference.

On restarting it shows Malware and PUP Protection is turned off.
