the log file already popped up but FRST says that its still fixing?

I had downloaded a virus last week and thought that I had managed to remove all of it through malwarebytes and the tronscript, but unfortunately today I checked that I still have malware that I don’t know how to remove, for some reason malwarebytes was unable to detect all the malware and my tronscript didn’t manage to delete all of it
