I am a longtime (10 years) customer of KINMAN GUITAR ELECTRONICS, an Australian company that manufactures top-line guitar pickups in the Philippines. Kinman’s website is at www.kinman.com.
For days now I have been unable to sign into Kinman’s website because of Malwarebytes, which is installed on my office’s server at www.jerchlaw.com. I have e-mailed my regular contact at Kinman and he has explained that their server has been wrongly blocked by some malware services. Kinman employs three different systems to defend against malware and have assured me that their website is safe. My contact explained that there was an episode several weeks ago when one of their software programs mistakenly deleted their security certificate. After chewing out their IT providers for such a dumb, costly mistake, Kinman’s IT people have confirmed that the security certificate has been restored and all is alright now.
Well, it’s evidently not alright now because I still can’t order from Kinman’s website. Please investigate, confirm that www.kinman.com is not compromised, and unblock the site so that customers like me can place their orders.
I thank you for your attention.
