This domain did have an issue 9-12 months ago. The site has since been redesigned all together, new system and server. Would an issue from that far back be present in your database?

Sorry, I'm not as familiar with Browser Guard. I received a report the people using Malware bytes are getting blocked so I installed it and get the same result. I attempted to curl the site as well and received the same popup. I'm guessing Browser Guard is a plugin? When I visit the site I get the following window popup:
