    Thanks for the speedy reply. Unfortunately we are dealing with multiple layers of abstraction here. An end user have lodged a ticket with a business customer of ours who has in turn lodged a ticket with us, now we are lodging with you!

    The only detail I have from the ticket raised with us is:

    We've received a member report around xxxx where a member has had trouble launching Basiq. After investigations with xxxx, quick summary is it seems that the Malwarebytes Browser Guard the member has installed is blocking Basiq from launching
