Add phone number

in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I am in settings, edit profile and am trying to add a phone number. I keep getting the message that the " Phone number is not valid ". I know it is a good number and am using the 3 digit prefix and no format is specified. I have tried various formats and have added a country code, nothing works. Any ideas or suggestions?
