I really hate that I have to do this, but support is not responding to my ticket 4528401 about 2FA not working. I am receiving the support auto-generated email and regular email from Malwarebytes updates, etc, but not from 2FA. I have added accounts@malwarebytes.com to my contacts and spam allow list and still do not receive anything. Every other malware bytes email address works fine. I assume my email provider is blocking something, but I need to change the account email address or figure out why this is not working. I really need someone to respond as I have rebuilt a computer and need to migrate one of the 3 licenses to the new build. Please respond, I am still within the 30 day money back guarantee and do not want to dispute the CC charge as I enjoy and believe in the program, but I need access to my account.
