  1. I've seen you specifically reply to others escalating the situation to the support team. I would truly appreciate it if you could do the same for me. 3-7 weekdays is an unacceptable response time for errors with Malware Bytes verification system and zero access to my account (during the 30 day guarantee window, nonetheless). Our email server uses Microsoft email services, so if your verification system is not working (many others have the same complaint on this forum), then Microsoft has classified your verification emails as spam/fraud...whatever, and you need to work with them to correct it. At a minimum, I need an effective and reasonably quick way to change my email address so that I can use the service I paid for.
  2. I really hate that I have to do this, but support is not responding to my ticket 4528401 about 2FA not working. I am receiving the support auto-generated email and regular email from Malwarebytes updates, etc, but not from 2FA. I have added accounts@malwarebytes.com to my contacts and spam allow list and still do not receive anything. Every other malware bytes email address works fine. I assume my email provider is blocking something, but I need to change the account email address or figure out why this is not working. I really need someone to respond as I have rebuilt a computer and need to migrate one of the 3 licenses to the new build. Please respond, I am still within the 30 day money back guarantee and do not want to dispute the CC charge as I enjoy and believe in the program, but I need access to my account.
