Browser Guard False Positive / Please Help

REIHelper posted a topic in Website Blocking

Our customers are reporting that their Browser Guard extension is reporting our website as a phishing scam. This is a false positive for a legitimate website. I attempted to open a support ticket, but it was closed because we are not the customer. Please help to resolve this issue.
