Were we able to solve your problem regarding these fake chrome browsers?
is this a rhetorical question?
I did everything to use the eset program, but I can't open the securitycheck program, it shows that it is not adapted to my system or something
and I can't delete this file because I don't have permissions

Since I cannot edit the post, my antivirus is full of blocked activities that happen literally every second.

Hello, I think I have a similar problem as someone from the post: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/7-windows-malware-removal-help-support/?do=add
In my case, after turning on the computer, the antivirus always signals that the computer is protected against the dangerous CL.Suspexec!gen159 action.
Some time later, while using the computer, the cmd console appeared out of nowhere. Since then, every time I start it, a lot of Chrome browsers are accidentally launched and running in the background. After deleting activities from the task manager, a notification appears that the "violetmonkey" addon has stopped working. I also have the same problem on my computer with the zsync_desktop file and System32/WDNA running which causes CL.Suspexec!gen159 to appear.
I don't have a photo of the browsers because I deleted them, but they look the same as in the linked post: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/7-windows-malware-removal-help-support/?do=add
After turning on my computer, random Chrome browsers appears

Thank you for clarifying.
After restarting the computer, Google Chrome windows no longer appear, the antivirus does not find the CL.Suspexec!gen159 threat and there is no sign of zsync_desktop.exe in task manager so i think im good for now.
Big thank you for your patience and help.
