[Windows Defender Deactivated]

Just a warning, i don't speak english very well, sorry if i mess up some words/senteces

 

As the title says, my Windows Defender just got wiped out of my computer, i've noticed this now because i was going to download a file, and it said it was a virus ( it wasn't ) and when i went to the Defender for allowing that file, it got to my knowledge that i don't got a Windows Defender anymore

I've tried a advice from a friend,  i tried changing the Regedit ( the Activate Anti-spyware ), it didn't work, I had a Premium on MB a few months ago, but i've canceled the plan, i still had Mbytes, so i also tried uninstalling it completely, it also didn't work

Can someone help me?
