  1. First, I just submitted a New Support ticket and once again, I got an email stating that my email and account is NOT valid. This happened all last week! MWB confirmed that I am valid but that Support is backed up. Today, I am trying to sign into a secure site on my desktop and I keep receiving an ERROR message stating that the Device (my laptop) is not recognized. I then receive an email asking me to confirm that it is really me. When I click it, I get a DNS ERROR message. My Windows is up to date as well as Chrome. Any help is appreciated

  3. Thank you for helping and with clear instructions. For the Support tickets, if they are 3-4 days behind, I can understand that but I think it would be helpful if the message in the reply said something like "Please be patient, we will reply to your request....." rather than saying my email id is invalid which I know it is not since I used the console to submit each ticket. And, since I thought it was on my end, I send in like 5-6 more tickets. So, that wasted support time as well as mine. And I think you are right that I hit on a bogus site. I know that I typed the wrong name and I was able to Task out and reboot. So, I really do not think I got a virus but I wanted to check. Thanks again for your assistance!!!   4. Yesterday I had what appeared as a virus but, I dont think it was real. It did lock my desktop. The question is why didn't Malwarebytes block that bad site. I submitted a Support ticket but it keeps saying my email is not valid. I entered the ticket directly from my MWB console which shows active and Good
  5. I cannot get into ANY MWB Support tools because the automated system keeps saying I am not a valid user. I am and I need help yet the Robot keeps kicking me out. Can anyone suggest HOW I can get to Support. They keep telling me to Open a Support ticket which I have done many times (using my MWB account). If the tool doesn't recognize me, I cannot get help that way. I need to speak to a REAL person
  6. I have MWB Premium since last year. My desktop and Android cell show Active until Aug 2024. I run scans and it shows all good. However, yesterday I tried to contact MWB about a potential virus. I submitted FOUR tickets each bei.g returned saying invalid email. I sent ticket from the app! It is the only email address I use for years. And, it is the email that my billing was sent to. Can someone help me reach Support Thanks
