Thank you for helping and with clear instructions. For the Support tickets, if they are 3-4 days behind, I can understand that but I think it would be helpful if the message in the reply said something like "Please be patient, we will reply to your request....." rather than saying my email id is invalid which I know it is not since I used the console to submit each ticket. And, since I thought it was on my end, I send in like 5-6 more tickets. So, that wasted support time as well as mine. And I think you are right that I hit on a bogus site. I know that I typed the wrong name and I was able to Task out and reboot. So, I really do not think I got a virus but I wanted to check. Thanks again for your assistance!!!
