    Malwarebytes is now working normal. That last advice did the trick. Thank you so much

    Can I use unins000.exe to uninstall and then reinstall from CD?

    downloaded tool version 1.9.8.1003 still it will not run.

    I can not get the tool to run again. It goes as far as down load FRST then expand and stops. Waited a long time but it did nothing.

    I have 3 lifetime licenses. Recently I had issues with windows up on this computer. After a lot of trouble shooting with SYSNATIVE help, the problem was solved. But now MALWAREBYTES will not open. it gives me the message "unable to connect the service" The chrome browser shows that MALWAREBYTES BROWSER GUARD is working but I can not open malwarebytes program. Do I need to reinstall from the CD?
