    Thanks. I guess that's why I was able to refresh the 2nd device last time (maybe 5 years ago?) but not now. Time to pony up!

    Same email and I'm able to log in, but can't deactivate any device other than the one I'm using. I submitted a trouble ticket and haven't gotten a response in over 24 hours.

    My only option on that page is to ADD.

    Thanks. I need to deactivate a device that's already gone and add a new one.

    ...so I can add a new one. Followed instructions and I don't see a Deactivate option anywhere! Help please? ITA
