[Infested think miner]

I will get on all that asap forgive the ignorance but few questions.

1. Do I do all of this in safe mode or normal.

2. If in normal mode whats from stopping whoever has access to my pc to see this or the software I'm downloading to get logs for this. 

I'll get on all of that after you tell me which to do all of that in..sorry am not to tech savy.

 

I also forgot to mention this came from someone that had bat.file that would fix a corrupted windows 10, mentioned something to the sort of windows image

Happened 4 days ago. Pc started slowing down, gpu 0-3d in task manager Resources are being ran high when I’m not even doing anything. I open a browser then 20 are opened in task manager. Did a scan with Norton and Malawarebytes and says no threats found when it’s as obvious as night and day I am. Norton scanning and as I’m watching it scan backdoor.exe, miner etc things I would never have on my pc not to mention I factory reset my pc three times before thinking to scan to see if I have a virus. I solely thought was my pc acting up not to mention I’d never put half of the stuff on my pc I saw it scan on my pc. Noticed secureboot and hvic are disabled and my admin privileges. If someone could be so kind to help me here
