[Am i part of a botnet?????!!!!]

i downloaded COD Black ops 2, and some more games on steamunlocked, but i check them up to the binary level, it takes time, but i make it safe, but for some reason malwerebytes been blocking some sites that i dont even open, but it blocks it only if im dowloading ***** from steamunlocked, am i part of a botnet?
