hi JSntgRvr i have just uploaded the log file of Dr.Web CureIt! i saved it as a text document cureit(11508).log

i have downloaded the Dr.Web CureIt! software it says tdotmx72.exe in the downloads folder i will try the steps

there is also a folder called BUDA and a file in that called BUDA_PROP.INF can you do tests on this file this came from the scammer i am not sure what this is BUDA.zip

the scammer also sent my friend some files maybe it could be virus can you do some tests on theses files TN.zip

the windows update page is stuck at this percent 21 the bottom 2 just say pending install and have not changed the Malwarebytes software i was able to do a full scan and remove the 26 viruses

i have tried to run a virus scan with malewarebytes and it was running and then it just went off that is strange

the top update does go up but the bottem two updates are now saying pending and they have not gone up i have also updated the Malwarebytes software now that is saying installing update is that right

the feature update has done 100 percent but the rest of them say error when i click retry

when i keep trying to install any updates it just says error and the top one stays at 0 percent says downloading any other ones just say error when i click retry how do i fix that i have also took a picture of it

i will try to do the FRST64 with the fix.txt again and i will see if the update page is done
