Ok, I understand.
I've already made a backup of my stuff. This PC has warranty. So, Is there a solution if I make a restore, downloading and installing windows from configuration, removing everything?

Update: I don´t know what happened, I restart my pc again and windows update works. but Windows security still blank.

Ok, it seems normal to me, I tried to open the Windows update and always says "there is an error" also when I open Windows security only appears a white window.

Hi, Im here it seems normally again, ofc I delete everything and I can open Windows Security again. Thanks for ur patience and helping me. One last question if I can say. Which antivirus do u recommend me to buy?. And prevent problems like this, because I use this PC for work.
