I found the issue. It’s blue stacks - it’s not malware. So I guess I’m clean then. Is there anything you all can do about the locked at max gpu clocks?

Whenever I try to turn my PC off it says virtual box interface has active connections. I don't have virtual box installed. Could you all try to fix what this is?

What title says. I dont believe I downloaded anything besides a PC optimizer but I undid the optimizations. Tell me what I need to do to get checked out :D

MBAM 5.0 was supposed to increase this type of malware detection - however it is still subpar.

While malwarebytes is a great tool for finding executable based Malware I find that it is weak against scripts or other types of malware. I understand the free version is not equipped to detect these sort of malware and I understand no antivirus is perfect but malwarebytes struggles extremely with non-exe malware detection. I don’t have any specific suggestions and I’m not hating on malwarebytes because I think it’s a great tool to have in your security arsenal but I just think that’s something that you all should work on.

Can any iOS devices get infected with a virus by visiting a website? I can’t remember if I visited a malicious website on my phone a while ago but I’ve heard iOS is sandboxed.

Just curious. I want to ensure that I’m 100% clean.

Currently full resetting windows on old PC. It’s through the system, but I did the clean drive option on all of my drives. It says it fully wipes all my drives and resets them. This is probably enough for my pc to be fine. I will install default deny software afterwards blocking any unknown files from running.

I did do a reinstall of windows on my laptop, but I didnt on my old desktop. I dont have access to that until sunday, as im going to be using it there and can do security checkups.

Thank you. I do want to get your opinion on one thing. On my older computers I’ve been concerned that I either ran some malicious js or html file and have been concerned about it being a RAT that’s had my webcam or something. A couple of months ago (3 months after I might have ran said files) I got a notification saying one of my google accounts had a suspicious sign on blocked. Im really only concerned about the webcam Incase I did something weird. Am I overthinking this?

Good, no issues with performance or abnormal system usage, along with any suspicious stuff in Kaspersky Intrusion Prevention.

Kaspersky popped up with this today. I know what it is, its a fractueiser sample I sent in a .7z file to their Virus Labs through email. I delete it at this spot but it keeps coming back. Its inactive malware, but what should I do?
