  1. I believe they have introduced this as there are many false pages that purport to the cPanel Webmail pages that are being used by spammers to collect data through phishing emails and there is no way to differentiate between the real pages and the false pages. I have tried to get them to work out how to allow legitimate webmail pages to be used but was not successful. All they can do is if you contact them with a list of the websites that need to use webmail they will whitelist them so they are not caught by this trap.
  2. Thanks for the prompt reply. However I have over 30 websites which I would rather not publish on a public forum and this is a generic issue that is not specific to my websites, it is an issue that will be faced by anyone who uses cPanel webmail. Malwarebytes should be looking for a generic solution to this not just patching individual websites or I will be needing to contact you every time I add a website.
  3. Malwarebytes is now blocking access to the Webmail subdomain on Control Panel websites which is used by many for accessing their email, many of my clients are affected. I presume this has been done to combat the cPanel scam, but it is seriously affecting those who genuinely use cPanel webmail. Malwarebytes need to look at this and find a way of letting valid users accessing their websites without encountering this incorrect blocking. Thank you.
