is it normal to be missing the hardware? or what exactly am i missing and could that be the main reason i am stuttering all the sudden i did pay this trusted guy a while back to disable stuff or certain things for better internet thru the computer but i did accidently unistalled something on my computer which i think messed it up but heres the log SecurityCheck.txt

the download worked but now its stuck on scanning file system with 0 detections and over 200k items scanned

the scanner wouldnt download it gets stuck
