@Porthos Thank you for the quick reply. I installed it and the version is at 4.6.4.

@Porthos First, I hope you like cheese. Second, I am having this issue with Node.js and toggled "Beta" and ran the update, but I am still at 4.6.2. I am reinstalling node (and excluding that folder from scans). Not sure if it will fix it. Please let me know your thoughts regarding the beta update feature.
