last time i ran this just broke my laptop so im fine thank you.

Does clean install of windows and factory reset any different? my windows seem like new to me for now at least. or if clean install better then i might try to proceed with it but right now i think you can closed this topic for now, i'll update any if i find anything. thanks for helping! i'm so tried after a long virus fixes.

I made a new outlook account so that why OneDrive have auto sync option on. so yeah it's not really a important files. another speculation on the hacker themself is that it's probably just some kids honestly. just buy some hack program or malware and decide to do some stupid things to discord. he probably got all the information but doesn't know how to use any.

It was just some cloud backup from OneDrive, there is nothing important and it's gone now since i uninstalled it.

I did a sfc /scannow in cmd admin so here another log files. it's said some had corrupt and repaired. is this good thing? CBS.log

Done everything for the reset, windows are updated, virus scanned and disk cleanup. So here are the logs which seem like nothing had to be worry about. i'm not sure why the infected file in Microsoft safety always show up at C:\recovery even though i pretty much purge it with disk clean up. also im not sure why the virus scanner that i tried earlier before the reset just delete the MyAsus messenger update things tho, causing my laptop to show MyAsus error every time i open up the laptop. could be false positive or something. Maybe my laptop is safe now. I'm really tried from all theses purge malwarebyte log.txt msert.log

I delete onedrive so all the file are gone now. Right now i have updated the windows 11 to the latest possible version(i think) and proceed with Microsoft Safety Scanner right now. I also perform offline scan on the Windows defender but not sure if it find anything since when it done the windows just start normally.

Also here is the cookies in microsoft edge. Not sure any of this releted but here you go.

I just did a factory reset from Asus option. When i get back on it already have some shortcut to discord? Note that this a factory reset so should it be there at all? **i checked it just now, seem like it lead to discord in appdata but there is no folder to that path so it could just be from Cloud backup from outlook account. also I can’t seem to reset the laptop without McAfee install for whatever reason, maybe i just not look enough to find the option. And even after the reset, the option to use Remove Everything are able to press. But after i enter with Bitlocker and goes to Local install or cloud, nothing just works. It’s the same error msg in the picture above. Do i get infect to hardware now? Seem like the only option to reset is the Asus one that come with laptop

Also this happened when i press reset this pc which is kinda weird. So now im just proceed with Asus option.

Here’s thing with my laptop. It has two different reset option to use. Which one should i use? The MyAsus one is the first one that i try after laptop got infected.

Maybe i should just factory reset one more time without McAfee installed, will that help anything? I'm concern about the malware just get into the Bios, hardware or my internet router but it seem unlikey to be common problem. just the thought of my discord account gone in like 10 seconds make me paranoid. i'll wait for futher instructions if there's any.

When i restart my laptop the warning about cannot open MyASUS always popup, when i copy to the clipboard it just said the line in the picture(basically mean search for more about MyAsus) and after looking at the app&browser earlier, it seem like i can't open all of the option somehow? not sure if this related to the fix though also some Outlook (new) just installed on it own even though i remove it the day i factory reset. It said it came from Microsoft Corporation themself so it safe?

Just turn both back on now since i feel unsafe
