Attached are the export to TXT from the most recent RTP detection that came through this morning when i turned on my PC and the Malwarebytes Support Tool's FRST Log 1.txt mbst-grab-results.zip

@Porthos Are you 100% sure this is a false positive. All the info i found online about false possitives were related to excel word or a website none being in the cmd.

Everytime i launch my PC at the moment i get a spam of RTP detection the file location changes with each one but they all show as application "cmd". I've run several scans with no results and i read about false positives but i don't think this is that as it keeps hapenning and the location is cmd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
