Hi Porthos, Thank you for your reply. The 'Block Penetration testing attacks' setting in your post above, is disabled. Since disabling 'Microsoft Office Word' in Protected Applications under Exploit Protection, Word has not crashed. See screenshot below. Hence, I figure that this is causing the issue. Please advise whether this is the fix but then I understand I do not get benefits of exploit protection for MS Word, which we use all the time. Many thanks for your assistance in advance. Hi, I am trialling Malwarebytes Premium Trial 4.5.32 for the last week, and MS Word 2013 keeps freezing and crashing. I have this morning turned off Exploit protection for MS Word 2013 to see if this will assist, but I take it then Word will not be protected. Please advise whether others have experienced the same issue and if there are any solutions. Kind regards, V.
