  1. A lot, but anything good, months of trials, tests, information, loggings, new versions, no solution so far though I cannot blame them on not trying. Last news is they are preparing a new update that might solve the problem, though it would be the third time it has been said. Fingers crossed, at the moment, my solution has been creating two policies as it seems the issue only appears at the office network, so office personnel has one policy, people on clients has another.
  2. Hello, Last week We did some tests with the support team, they asked me to activate the debug logging and reproduce the issue on my end and now they are revewing the results. I'll update you as soon as I get an answer but I encourage you to open a ticket aswell and perform the test with them, maybe with more data they can find what we have in common that causes this behaviour. Best regards.
  3. We too detected this behaviour monday and isolated the issue to the Real-Time Web Protection feature, Right now I have disabled the policy and opened a suppport ticket number 4276366 that is being checked. In my case though on the same subnet we got 250-350ms but between subnets on Windows Machines with MalwareBytes installed the latency was 150-200ms. shorter than inside the same network but still high (normally we get 22ms between delegations and <1ms on local) I will keep you posted on any response from the support team. Oriel Villalba.
